This is a blog about the Norms, a collection of funny little blobby creatures, who have only one arm, two eyes, and plenty of blue-glowing blobbyness. So as you can see, they are far from “normal” (their name in fact stems from a far more noble source, but more about that another day…). So what does this blog aim to do? Well, it will tell the story of the Norms, and follow what they are up to on a day to day basis. It will keep you informed about me, their artist creator, and what’s going on in my career. It will also tell you when and where various Norm paraphernalia is for sale, should you want to bring some Norm magic into your lives. Moreover, The Daily Norm aims to bring some daily cheer into your lives, and celebrate small forays into the good life. For in this time of relative austerity, life is all about celebrating the small pleasures in life and, as the Norms would say, abnormalising the normal. So please keep an eye on this blog, making this peculiar little celebration of artistic exploration your Daily Norm.
