You’re amazing thank you! I sold this painting last year – that’s what could make me cry!
Is it hard giving up a painting? The nice thing about writing is that the original isn’t the “real” work of art – you don’t get to see it in its real form unless you sell it. (Although if you don’t sell, that becomes a downside.)
My goodness it’s so sad selling art work, but at the same time really rewarding because someone else loves your work enough to want to 1. buy it and 2. hang it in their homes. It’s definitely a double edged sword! Thanks for the comments and sorry for my delayed response
